Ottawa City Soccer Club has partnered with Elite Soccer Clubs to provide an easy-to-use registration software for all teams attending OCSC Tournament Events! From first click coaches or managers can finish the team registration process in less than 10 minutes! All rosters and guest players are easily viewable, and you can track standings and scores in real time during the tournament weekend. We look forward to bringing you this premier software to make your tournament weekend flow as smoothly as possible.

U8: $200 per team/U9/U10: $280.00 per team
U11/U12: $325.00 per team

Planned Flights – suited for Premier, T1 & T2 (other areas of ON use T1, T2 & T3)

Festival Format
2 or 3 game Festival Format (all taking place on one day) depending on number of entered teams. In either format, teams will be allotted the maximum number of minutes permitted for a festival
Schedules will be available approximately 7-10 days in advance of the event

U8 is 5v5 & 2x 30 minute games

U9-U10 is 7v7

2 game format – 48 minute games ( 24 min halves)

3 game format – 33 minute games ( 15 min. halves)

U11-U12 is 9v9

2 game format – 65 minute games ( 32 min. halves )

3 game format – 46 minute games ( 23 min. halves)

Team Check in ONLINE Information

ONTARIO teams are required to submit an official OS Sport Engine Roster, for Proof of Player Registration.

OR a Festival Roster signed by the Club and including each player’s Full Name, Date of Birth and Ontario Soccer Assoc. (OS) number, along with a confirmation that all players have been approved to play in OS Soccer for the 2023 outdoor season.

QUEBEC teams are required to submit an official Roster including each player’s Full Name, Date of Birth and Association Player Number.

Online check in link will be supplied with acceptance into the event.

Travel Permits

Out of town teams MUST provide us with a travel permit from their home district / province by no later than Oct 1st.

MATCH SCHEDULES: Will be available on our website 7 -10 days prior to tournament start.

NOTE: The tournament reserves the right to re-schedule games and or shorten the length of games due to weather or field conditions.

Game Sheets

We will print each teams game sheets and they will be at the fields (with referees) for each of your games.

All teams MUST register ON-LINE through our website ( link can be found at the top of this page )

Registration Deadline: Sept 1, 2024

Teams will NOT be considered accepted until full payment of festival fee is received.

The person listed as the Primary contact when registering your team online will be receiving all communications.
Number of divisions per age group will be determined by the number of teams entered for the event.
Festival will try to match teams of similar caliber at its sole discretion, but reserves the right to combine levels as required for scheduling purposes.
Schedules and results will be posted online on the website 7-10 days before the start of the festival.
Festival reserves the right to make schedule changes if warranted.

One of the criteria for acceptance into our tournaments is that any team requiring hotel accommodations must be secured through HTG Sports.
