IS THE TOURNAMENT “STAY to PLAY”?
Yes, all our tournaments are “stay to play”. You can make hotel reservations through our travel partner HTG (link listed on each specific tournament page).
IS CHECK-IN ONLINE OR IN-PERSON?
Check in is online. The link and instructions will be sent when you are accepted into the event.
DO I NEED TO HAVE PERMISSION TO TRAVEL TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS TOURNAMENT?
All teams (outside of the EODSA) must provide their permission to travel form at check-in.
WE ARE AN OUT-OF-TOWN TEAM, WILL WE HAVE FRIDAY NIGHT GAMES?
Out-of-town teams will not be scheduled games on Friday nights.
WHAT TIME DOES THE TOURNAMENT START?
All teams must be prepared to play games starting at 8a Saturday and Sunday.
CAN I IMPORT MY PLAYER ROSTER FROM GOTSPORT ONTO ESC TOURNAMENTS?
Unfortunately, you cannot import rosters from GotSport onto our tournament website.
AM I ABLE TO EXPORT A CSV OF MY ROSTER ON GOTSPORT?
At the moment GotSport does not offer a way for coaches to export their rosters.
I DON’T SEE MY TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION ON GOTSPORT, WHERE CAN I FIND IT?
ESC is not affiliated with GotSport. You will not be able to view your tournament registration through your GotSport account.
WHAT LEVEL/TIER OF PLAY ARE YOU REQUESTING (TOP, MIDDLE, BOTTOM) HELP?
We run 2-3 divisions per age groups based on the team’s ability. We require your input in selecting the correct level of play, so you are in the correct divison when the schedules are being created.
Top = Regional/Premier, AA, I-model (division below OPDL)
Middle – C1, A, T1
Bottom – C2/3, low A category, T2/2
How to add players to your roster?
WHY DO I NEED TO ADD MY CREDIT CARD FOR REGISTRATION?
Your card will only be charged when accepted in the event and you choose credit card as your method of payment. The card will not be charged if paying via cheque or etransfer.

We offer multiple tiers and divisions in our events. We try out best to place teams in the appropriate divisions based on their level of team.
